Jericho Village™, a venture from Agape Resource & Assistance Center, is an innovative solution to expanding safe, stable, and desirable, economically attainable housing in Collin County. Building on the success of its Housing 4 Hope program, Agape works with local municipalities to develop a series of inclusive urban villages offering mixed-income rental homes and empowerment support services that provide individuals and families with the tools needed to retain or attain economic, emotional, and physical stability.

Jericho Village™ – Wylie, Texas

Located on a 2.46-acre property in Wylie, Texas, Jericho Village™ sits on a main thoroughfare across from childcare and an elementary school, just a short bike ride from downtown Wylie and the Collin College campus.

This first Jericho Village™ community includes 38 multi-family units in quadruplex homes, a community center, a community garden, outdoor living areas, and a playground. Villagers can choose from studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, with rental rates based on income.

All residents have convenient access to wraparound support, including assistance with childcare, transportation, workforce training, financial literacy programs, and counseling.

Residents are expected to begin moving into Jericho Village™ by the end of 2025.
